YOUNGSTERS have been doing their bit to make life better for everyone in the community.
Around 150 young people joined in the Churches Together summer activities in Orpington.
Some of the activities carried out by groups of 11 to 17-year-olds included picking up litter and revamping the playground of Midfield Primary School, Grovelands Road, Orpington.
One group painted a Scout hut on Brow Crescent, Ramsden Estate, Orpington.
A spokesman said: "The Scouts and Beavers came down to have a look.
"It was a real Ground Force moment."
