The Business School at Buckinghamsire Chilterns University College is introducing a BA Hons Degree in Small Business Management in October.
The degree, in modules, will offer managers of small and medium-sized enterprises the chance to gain nationally recognised qualifications.
Subjects to be covered will include business to business marketing, managing growth, logistics and purchasing and supply management.
The degree can be taken in a programme of flexible learning geared to the needs and availability of managers and can be progressed through three levels.
Nigel Cox, Dean of the Buckinghamshire Business School at Newlands Park, Chalfont St Giles, said: "We hope that we will be able to offer real flexibility of options enabling people to build the skills that are so vital in running a business of any size."
