Car catches fire after collision
A CAR caught fire on the Marlow bypass this morning after colliding with two stationary vehicles.
One lane of the northbound A404 between Marlow and the Handy Cross junction had to be closed while the fire was put out and the accident cleared away.
Two female passengers suffered minor injuries, with four males and a young child also involved.
Watch Manager Andy Ward from High Wycombe Fire Station said: "There were two stationary vehicles and the car that caught fire went up the back of them.
"The fire was probably caused by short circuited electrics or a petrol leak."
